Led by Chef Jay, the menu highlights fresh coastal seafood, heirloom masa tortillas ground daily, and artisanal spices from Mérida, crafted into both traditional and contemporary wood-fired dishes. Our restaurant is 100% gluten-free, seed oil free, and celiac safe, with an extensive plant-based menu designed for inclusive dining. Guests can expect a warm, immersive atmosphere, open-fire cooking, and a commitment to quality ingredients and safety. Outside food and beverages are not permitted to ensure the integrity of our gluten-free environment for all guests.
