What are you known for?
Authentic Yucatán coastal cooking, wood-grilled seafood and meats, and fresh ceviches. Guests come back for the Cochinita Pibil, Wagyu Barbacoa Tacos, Grilled Mayan Octopus, and our Yellowtail and Campechana Mixto ceviches — plus brunch favorites like the Chilaquiles, Brisket Hash, and Masa Waffles. Every dish is 100% gluten-free and celiac-safe, and the bar runs a full agave spirits and craft cocktail program.

Is the whole restaurant gluten-free, or just some dishes?
The whole thing. Every dish, every station, 100% gluten-free and seed-oil free. There’s no separate “safe menu” to ask for — the entire menu is it.

I’m not gluten-free — will I still like the food?
Yes. This isn’t “gluten-free food” in the way people usually mean it — it’s real wood-fired Yucatán coastal cooking that happens to be gluten-free. Most guests can’t tell unless we mention it.

Yes, easily. Since the entire kitchen is gluten-free and celiac-safe, your gluten-free guest and your not-gluten-free guest can order off the same menu without anyone needing a special version.
