Yes. Nômadé is a dedicated 100% gluten-free kitchen — the entire menu is gluten-free, and we do not allow any outside cakes or food onto the property in order to keep it gluten-free for our guests. We are also seed-oil free.

Yes. Nômadé is a celiac-safe restaurant. Because we are a fully dedicated gluten-free kitchen with no gluten on the premises, there is no risk of cross-contact from wheat-based ingredients.
